Before choosing a platform
Five questions you should ask any tender platform.

- Does it publish its prices?
- Plica: yes. Full price list with VAT and per-plan limits, on this site. No talk-to-sales, no consumption schemes you cannot budget.
- Does it explain how it computes what it claims?
- Plica: yes. The methodology is public: what is counted, what is excluded, and the cutoff date. A number you cannot audit is an opinion with typography.
- Does it cite the source of every figure?
- Plica: yes. Every figure carries its SICOP source and cutoff date — not a percentage nobody explains the origin of. You can go check it yourself.
- Does it tell you when it does NOT know?
- Plica: yes. If the legal corpus does not cover your question, it answers that it lacks sufficient coverage to cite — and no figure is called a probability until the model passes its quality gate. Promising less and delivering it is also technology.
- Does it work with the AI you already use?
- Plica: yes. The engine connects via MCP straight into Claude and ChatGPT — ask the AI you already use, no extra tool to open. Your data is not locked inside our chat.

Your assistant stops improvising about public tenders: when it answers with a figure it takes it from the SICOP record and tells you where from. Nothing to install — it registers itself and asks your permission once.
Six permissions, and only one of them acts: the other five read. «Plica recommends, you decide» is not a marketing promise — it is written into what your assistant asks you to authorise, and you can read it before accepting.
