Radar has no analysis, and that is not a cut: it is what it sells.
Radar exists so you stop checking SICOP by hand: it watches without limit, keeps the ten years and alerts you. Reading the tender, cross-checking the buyer, deriving the price band — that is what Intelligence does. If you only need to find out, do not pay for the rest; if you need to decide, Radar will fall short and it is better to know that upfront.
When your beta ends
Nobody loses access for not deciding.
We warn you 7 and 3 days ahead. If you pick no plan, your account drops to Free and you keep getting in — with a payment screen, not a block. What you saved is not deleted.

Your beta lasts as long as a tender does
It is not a round number: we measured it across 11,774 procedures since 2024. The median cycle is 26 days. With less, nobody gets to see an outcome.

We tell you which plan fits you
Computed from what you actually used, not from what we think you need. If you only used the radar, we say so and you save the money.

The card is a signal, not an advance charge
If you enter the trial after the beta we will ask for a card. That is so one company cannot open ten accounts, not to charge you early.

Founder price for your first year
Whoever joins during the beta pays less for twelve months. We do not say "forever" because we do not plan to break it later.
How we prevent abuse
We do not track you by your browser.
The trial window is tied to your ID number — company or personal — not to your device or your browser. If you open a second account with the same ID, it inherits whatever was left: it does not start over.
We ruled out browser fingerprinting on purpose: an incognito window evades it and it only identifies a minority. It is also unnecessary — evading the ID would mean registering another company, and in exchange you would get a profile with no history, which is exactly what makes Plica useful.
What we do not do with your money
- Charge you during the beta. We ask for no card to get in.
- Renew you silently. We warn you 7 and 3 days ahead.
- Lock a dossier you already started because a plan lapsed.
- Hide from you that after the beta this is paid.
